Lambskin is a natural material with self-cleaning properties, which are enhanced with fresh air.
Wear the garment regularly, and hang
it outside to let it breathe. Avoid direct sunlight, as it can alter the colour of the skin. Store it in a cool, well ventilated room.
Leave the garment to dry at room temperature – do not use an extra heat source. If stained, seek the help of professional leather or suede cleaners.
The fur is a natural material with self- cleaning properties. Wear the garment regularly and hang it outside to let it breathe once in a while. Avoid direct sunlight, as it can alter the colour of the fur. Store it in a cool, well ventilated room. Brush the hairs regularly to keep them soft and straight. If stained, gently wipe the stain off with a damp cloth. Leave the garment to dry at room temperature – do not use an extra heat source. To finish, brush the hairs gently, and your garment should quickly return to its previous beauty.
If you are unlucky and get a stain, minor soiling can be sponged off with a damp cloth. It is also good to use special cleaning liquid for wool, you mix it with water and use it carefully only on the stain. Do not use too much water. After cleaning we recommend to stretch the lambskin and leave it to dry. It is always good to comb the hairs with a pet comb to fluff the hairs out.
To keep the wool fluffy and soft, brush somewhat regularly, vacuum or just hang it outside on a windy day.
Do not expose dyed wool or lambskin to a direct and strong sunlight because colour change may occur.
This knit cap is decorated with a lush, natural fur pompom. Before washing the cap, remove the fur pompom by gently untying it on the inside of the cap.
Handwash the cap in cold water and lay it flat to air dry, as this prevents shrinking and reduces pilling. If the pompom also requires cleaning, wipe it with a damp cloth and allow it to dry on its own. When dry, brush its hairs gently with a hairbrush to restore its light and fluffy softness.
We like to call the reindeer skin decorative skins. Because the hairs of a reindeer skin have hollow cells, these can break under heavy load, for example walking on it. Using it as carpet or cushion is therefor not recommended. Therefor no guarantee is given on hair damages or loss. If you use the skin correctly then you will enjoy this beautiful natural product for a long time.
