Feldur Workshop is a family-owned Icelandic business specializing in the design and creation of premium fur products. The workshop is led by husband and wife, Heiðar Sigurðsson, a skilled furrier, and Kristín Birgisdóttir. Our store, located at Snorrabraut 56, invites you to step into the mesmerizing world of Feldur.
Heiðar Sigurðson studied to be a furrier in Sweden and started working on fur alterations and making his own garments after graduating in 1983. Heiðar and Kristín felt that the availability on fur products was too limited and thus got inspired to start designing and producing their own clothing and accessories. Their products draw inspiration from Iceland’s extreme weather and exciting nature were wool and fur have kept the cold northen winds out for centuries.

Good customer service is a priority at Feldur Workshop and in order to provide all round customer satisfaction, fur-repairs are offered free of charge when a Feldur Workshop product is brought in. This way Feldur Workshop is able to follow up on their products and be in personal contact with their customers.
