Repairs and alterations
At our store at Snorrabraut 56, you will find our repair and alteration workshop, as well as our small in-house sewing studio. If you have purchased an item from us, you are welcome to bring it in for alterations or repairs.
However, we kindly ask that you always contact us by phone at +354 588-0488 before visiting and describe your request. Depending on the nature of the work, you may need to meet with a furrier in the store, so it is best to book an appointment in advance.
Repairs
We offer repairs on products purchased from us to extend their lifespan and ensure proper maintenance. If it concerns an older product that was not purchased from us, we kindly ask that you contact a furrier in advance at phone number 588-0488.
Hood Fur Trim
If the fur on your hood has become worn out, or you simply want to add new fur to your hood, you should follow these steps:
The fur is usually attached to a strip that is either zipped or buttoned onto the hood. (If this does not apply, please contact us at 588-0488.)
You bring the strip to us at Snorrabraut 56 and choose new fur.
We will sew the fur onto the strip. Processing time can be up to two weeks, depending on workload.

You will receive a notification when the work is ready, and then you can pick up the strip.
